Newbie from Florida Here!

Hello! This is one of the most informative sites.
I am a newbie to this site and professional photography. Like everyone else, I LOVE taking pictures, but what is better than that is I LOVE people. I have put this hobby of mine off for far too long. I am working on a part time business adventure right now. I am going to stay mobile.

I have learned so much in the past few months; it is incredible and overwhelming. I just want to take pictures and have fun doing it.

There are so many fabulous pro's out there, I would never want to compete; just learn from their experience.

My grown son is the one who was the one who pushed me into 'just doing it'. Enough of that.

So I hope soon to post a couple of pictures and I am looking for honest feedback. I know that I will get better in time; so I need to know what I can do better to improve my pictures.

In the meantime, I will practice, practice, practice.

Hi from Canada. Guess what? We learn every day that there is something more exciting to take pictures of than there was yesterday. I know I walk around with my camera and think where is the next great picture? I try to visualize a shot and if it would be something that I would like others to look at? I am always looking for that one terrific shot that no one has thought of. Sometimes I get it too. Like the one I took of a man with his hand out feeding birds in London, England and I just happened on that scene. No one that I know has that picture. Check it out if you have not seen it. Go to mikey416. So, taking lots of pictures, even of the same subject is good. Traveling is a wonderful way to get great pictures and visiting places like bird sanctuaries, butterfly conservatories and zoos can be ideal places for great pictures.
