Hi Folks.
I forgot to mention in blog No 12 that I and My wife Ena were off to venice for 10 days.

Last year we had our Golden wedding anniversary and decided to do something special. Ena has always known that to go to Venice during the Carnival Festival has been a dream of mine for years. So she booked us 10 days at the end of January and begining of February this year.
The carnival is held at the same time every year, just prior to Lent, and it's a photographers dream.

Tonight is Camera Club night, and Les has just phoned asking me to pick him up on the way, so I'll have to leave about two minutes earlier. It will be great to be back making everyone jealous when I tell them about the photos that were on every corner.

Once Ena comes with my cocoa and medication I'll sign off and upload some shots for you to see, ah, talk of an angel, here she is now, you should see the steam coming off this cocoa.Now there's an idea for a close-up, what do you think macroman?

I did not try to age you,in fact I spent the whole time you were in Venice taking out as many wrinkles as possible,but even photoshop has it's limits.Incidentally your Venice stuff looks great and I can't wait to see them as prints.Les.

Yeh, Yeh, Yeh. My lovely wife knows the truth, mind you, she did used to strike matches on my cheek. Now theres another Idea for a close-up.
