Hi Folks.
I can't believe it's almost Christmas already.
Last Monday we had our Christmas dinner at the camera club. As Chairman it was my job to present the trophy for "The photographer Of The year"
The winner this year was none other than Les Davies, or as he is known on MyShots davles. Well done Les, it was a well deserved win. Using my camera, the only camera at our camera club dinner, John, our secretary, took photos of the presentation. I took lots of other photos and am in the process of puting them in order, adding some music, and I shall show them to the club on Monday the 7th of Jan when we start back.
Our Town, Merthyr Tydfil is a hive of activity at the moment. Lights are draped across the High Street, shop windows are full of fake snow, and the real Santa Clause seems to be in a thousand places at once. Thank goodness I only had to explain that to my one grandson this year. He seemed to take it very well, well he is 31, 32 in January.
Ah, here's Ena now, with my medication and a cup of steeming cocoa.
So I'll wish you all a very, very happy Christmas, and a wonderful new year.
