Description
The long paddock is a term given when cattle or sheep are moved from drought effected paddocks along a road where the road verge provides better feed. This photo was taken near Sofala on the Central Tablelands of New South Wales.

Best long paddock I have seen, I am more acustomed to the long paddock around Hay Deniliquin, Moulameine and further north. They where never this green in the mid 80's
