just an overlay of two photos: head of mannequin and a rusty old paint texture closeup. not reworked with photoshop, but PHOTOFILTRE... a really fine and handy freeware (not as good as ps or the gimp, but small and effective)

Powerful image that makes you wonder about the girl's life. What tragedies have befallen her for her to look so sad? Is she about to make a decision that will hurt someone? Has she done something that she regrets? I want to know her story. Great image.
