Good shot but a little off balance due to the left hand side of image around the pond being cut off more than the right.There is also a little too much of the featureless sky included in the shot,try taking a third of the top and more emphasis will be placed on building and it's reflection which you have captured admirably.

Would have to agree with Les, although I like the fact you can see in the water also the reflection of the Taj is so prominent
