Very good image, it looks like you have used Photoshops liquify filter to achieve the reflection, I could be wrong. Clever concept though.I downloaded your image to take a closer look at how the image was put together and did notice that the cutting and pasting needs some attention.When you cut out an object feather the selection with a 0.5 -1 pixel radius to soften the edges slightly and you should achieve a virtually seamless join.With creative thinking like this your gonna go far.

Thanks for the comment I use photoshop to cut and paste, Then i use acdsee pro for the water and reflection.
