Strange moonset

Description
The eclipsing moon setting behind the hills in the early dawn sky. Partial lunar eclipse, 17 August 2008. 1 sec exposure, so the umbral shadow of the Earth on the moon shows as a salmony shade, while the lit portion of the moon is burnt out & bright white.

Canon 400D on tripod, 1 sec at ISO 400, F/5.6, 200mm in 55-200mm Sigma lens.

Good capture of a cool event. Though I reckon you should have cut-down them power lines before you pressed that shutter button.

Love this shot. Well done. BTW, if those are power lines, just clone them out if you think that is needed.
