Ships Passing through Panama Canal

Description
I marveled at the precession movements the Captian & crew makes to put these huge sips through the Panama Canal. I took this off the back deck of our Cruise ship.

Nice photo, Ann. Which direction were you heading East or West? We made our transit from west to east and saw the sun rise over our stern. The ship has to turn almost 180 degrees and as Panama is so narrow we saw the sun rise "in the west".
