Nice time of the day.

The horizon is difficult to shoot with a handheld camera.... yours is sloping to the right causing the buildings to be leaning to the right. This detracts from the image you are trying to create.
I recently read about a digital "spirit level" that plugs into the camera's hot shoe and suggest that you consider this should you wish to continue shooting sunsets/sunrises and buildings.
