Taken from my favorite parks just around the corner: Rushcutters Bay in Sydney.

The heavy rain clouds looked really dark when the sun lit them from the horizon.

A Good effort and some lovely light but the horizon is positioned bit central. Try cropping the image just below the boats at the bottom left and the image will look a lot stronger.
