I downloaded for a closer look and because I am a sucker for a waterfall.
I like your shot I think it has a great colour spectrum. Another thing I think you have done well with, is you haven't over cooked the sky, a common problem with water fall shots. If I was to nitpick, I would say the shadows could be notch up a bit but that is not to take anything away from what is a great shot. Good Going
