Description
By over exposing by 1 or 2 stops helped keep the snow white and brings out the colours. We do not get many days like this so it out and about first thing to capture a scene before its spoilt by footmarks etc. Tripod - f22 - 1/30sec

I downloaded to take a closer look.A lovely winter scene that could have been better if you had avoided the intrusive branches on the right of the picture.A Step to the right and a little forward may have helped here.Incidentally where was this church?

Davies, it's the Priory church in Dunstable, South Beds. The reason I left the branches in (on the RIGHT)were to stop you leaving the frame,try covering them over with a white card and you may see what I mean. To the right out of shot is another tree and if it was included upset the balance and composition. You can never win sometimes . Thanks for you comments though, always constructive for next time. 4D

Sorry that was a typo induced by a glass or two of vino de crapso. I meant the twiggy bits on the left,I agree sometimes you just can't win.
