I had that problem when we were in South Padre and I was desperately trying to capture the pelicans diving into the water...I just couldn't get luck cause they moved so fast...frustrating, I know!

We have many raptors in S. Florida Keep alert, for birds of prey are very active things. My daughter has a small horse ranch in SW Florida. We try to keep a fleet of cats around the barn to exterminate rodents. It took us a few years to collect them as the hawks around the farm would steal them regularly when they were small to feed their young. (thats natures way) The ones that survived were large, strong, and great hunters. All are still around 5 years after.. Thought you might that short story.
