Nice Image. The exposure, color and subject are all excellent.

I have one small point with this one. the midground flower is clearly pointing off-frame, thus presenting the viewer with a clear avenue of escape visually. This creates a distracting element in the image and could/should be removed. Try cropping off a 100 or so pixels from the left side of the image and see the result.

Otherwise, nice. Use photoshop levels to ensure you are using the complete bandwidth of the image. Looks like the hilights are a bit supressed. You need to do this with any image shot in flat/low contrast lighting.
