Parrot in Gum Blossom

Description
This Rainbow Lorikeet was on a small flowering gum in my front yard.
The bird was very quiet and allowed me to get quite close.
Picture taken on an Olympus C-770.

An excellent shot colour is fantastic what pitty there is some slight blurring around the beak. How lucky are you to have these magnificant birds visit your garden.
I was in the Hunter around Christmas time and had the pleasure of snapping a few Lorikeets but my pictures are nowhere near yours, well done.
