Nice soft lighting and the focus seems to be right where it needs to be. My suggestion for this photo would be to move the center of the flower out of dead center in the frame. You may get a more appealing photo with an off center subject in most cases.

nice close up, but I agree with privateidaho, you should try a different angle and tried to put things not in a dead center of the frame.
