A nicely framed shot, good composition. The walkway leads you straight into the picture.
The only thing spoiling this for me is the pole on the left hand side of the pic.

Thanks for your kind comment. The pole on the left is actually the mast of a sailboat in the marina. I will have to try editing that out when I get a photoshop software! You're definitely right that would improve the photo. I appreciate the critique.
