Great shot with some nice reflections in the water. A slower shutter speed would have helped to get some movement in the ferris wheel which would have improved this image even more.I hope you are getting back to normal after your flooding ordeal.

Actually Les the speed shutter of this image is 2.5 sec. with ISO 400, the weal wasn't working at the time and the wave that you see is because someone passed in front of the camera while it was in work, kinda by accident. Thanks for your comment.

That shutter speed was plenty slow to get blur in the wheel it is a pity the wheel was not turning.I think the wave effect is pretty cool.

I have to agree about the wheel not turning it would have been interesting to see it. But even like this is it a very good night shot.
