one question here and that is Did you mean to make the most of the picture out of focus? the hay and feid is not in focus nore is the backround. when i download ti to see it in full size it loooks to be out of focus to me.

Hi, the farm equipment is pretty sharp on my monitor and that is where the image was focussed. Hay bales aren't as easy to focus on

I can see the hay caught in the mud on the wheels of the trailer - the image is less in focus as it goes into the background. It was taken with the S2IS - so not as sharp as the EOS, but stll pretty good when I look at it full size.

I remember those days all to well having grown up on a dairy farm in Minnesota. Nice shot!!

Great shot. Love the farm machinery and it's muddy wheels. Looks fine full size on my computer.
