Nice framing and a fair attempt at pulling off a difficult shot.If you try it again use a burst of flash to freeze the blowing seeds and also to put some light onto the subject. It would also help to position your subject so that you are not shooting into the light.This is causing lens flare which on your picture, is showing up as those distracting spots on the child's face.
