This image is part of a 12th-century French Cloister, shipped piece-by-piece from France to Florida. American Huntington Hartford, the A&P heir purchased this elegant collection from William Randolph Heart, wealthy American publisher who had imported it from Europe and had it stored in Florida. It took Hartford's experts more than a year to re-assemble this beautiful monument to European art because they had no plans to work from. (This imported collection is at the Ocean Club Hotel in Nassau)
