I think that your framing on this shot is just great. You used the different types of plant life to frame what is a dramatic scene. I just drove by Craters of the Moon 5 days ago coming back from my parents home in Eastern Idaho. I had not been by there in a while and it is just wonderful photographic material - especially in winter as I can see from your photo. The still green foliage against the volcanic rock just works very well here.....thanks for posting this.
