Hoping you don't mind honest feedback, and I recognize that I'm a true amature and my thoughts are a matter of taste, but here goes.

I like the staging and the lighting, but to me, the reflection (while artistic and very nice) detracts from the emotions a photo like this should create. My eyes are immediately drawn to the reflection trying to focus on it when I feel like I should be drawn to where his lips meets her belly.

I see this picture about love and Nature and I like the way you have combined the water effect to create a very intesting and moving image. I admire your technique with the water and the effort involved in producing this nice image.
