Is there some way to convert SLR to digital SLR camera by changing the back cover with a CCD image sensor and its circuitry? I have a Minolta 404i 35mm film SLR Camera.

There is no way that would work man.
You are better off going out and buying a cheap DSLR yourself...

No way to change a slr to d-slr as the technology is totally different.
